I've ordered a pizza to go on multiple occasions from the Cici's in Kingwood TX and have had to have them re-make the pizza several times because they can't get my order right. I've been told by two different managers that the reason for the wrong order is that there kitchen staff does not speak English and has a hard time understanding my order.
