Hi Jarrod Janosa, I understand that you are the "store manager". I was given your card (when I requested it) by the nice sales clerk and manger, when I was in your store TO EXCHANGE product, at 5pm, Saturday, January 22, 2011... (and as usual, I would probably end up buying a LOT MORE product in the process) I am REALLY UPSET with the LACK of "Customer Service" in your store.
