I call the customer service of ILD for a service charged of total $16.30 which I never used or order And I asked them to explain to me but they couldnot answer my Questions and enter my info into there website and I couldnot find nothing, the site says NO data found and its says we are unalbe to locate the T/P number or charge provided finally I inform the CSR that I am going to report to Federal consumer report bureau and to my company Attorney.
