Very rude, unsympathetic, arrogant, spoiled & careless staff, except 1 Indian customer service lady and pharmacists. They proudly and sarcastically give their names for filing a complain. I wish that management knows what kind of staff members are working in this responsible department and take some proactive action. read full review »
