This is the worst service I have ever had. I had internet, phone and tv, and cancelled all but the internet and no one can figure out why I am getting billed for services that I have cancelled. Or tell me when my bills are due or when they will be taking the money out. I have been on the phone since 8:30 this morning and it is now 10:16. I have spoke to every department twice and yet transferred back and forth. This is the worst service I have ever had. I would never refer them to anyone. While typing this I am being transferred yet again. read full review »
