like other complaints on this website, mine is with chase mortgage. I called them and inquired about a refi (current chase customer) I agreed to the rate on a recorded line with the specific understanding that they would email me the documents to sign the next day or we would have to re negotiate (the lender rep was jesus arondane who told me he "thought" the paperwork would be prepared on time to get it out the next day.
