After paying for display ads for over 30 years, this year the ad was not in the book, even after I (like usual) talked to the rep on the phone. When I call to try to talk about this I am faced by a wall of some very uncaring people (well, if you weren't billed for it, what are you complaining about?). OR, I'll get you something special online, I'll call you back in 30 days(60 days ago). Am stll waiting to hear from these bozos. read full review »
