When I purchased a new Asus laptop at Best Buy it had to be started the first time by the Geek Squad. I did not want any of the option for service that they were selling for additional ONE Hundred bucks. I think that they plant or install a bug of some kind on it because in less than a month it started having problems, first the Blue screen, and then the Black screen with DOS command prompts, so I took my laptop back to Best Buy/Geek Squad because it is under warranty and should be fixed for free, well they kept it for two days and they... read full review »

Asus laptop blue screen I did not have the Geek Squad set up my pc for an additional $100.00. I have had it less than a month and I get the bule screen. I have several differant virus and malware scanning programs that have worked for years on all my other machines, I have the latested verison of all the programs with the windows 7 updates and all the scans show everything is clean. the geek squad said there is a virus on my laptop and it will cost $140.00 to have it removed, even through there was no virus on my laptop and still doesent... read full review »
