Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I joined in June 2010. I spent $20, 000 plus on the card within a couple of months. They say that you will receive the welcome package (Campnion Certificate and Club Pass) 4 to 6 weeeks after your first charge. When I did not receive the package within 10 weeks of my first charge, I called in Sept 2010. They said that they could see that it was never sent out and they were very sorry and they would send it out, but it would take another 4 to 6 weeks.
