Bought a tv 8 months ago, with a 12 month guarantee only to find out when it went faulty, that the repair man will want to take it away for 28 days and you are not given a temp replacement, you are just left with no TV, rude on the phone to the extent that i felt i was being unreasonable. Why dont they give you a replacement, or at least try and repair it at home, taking it away for 28 days as a first option is really poor.
