I place a order for a fixed line and asdl connection. I was told on the call it would take 2weeks. It took 1month after I called to get an appointment. I get confirmation from Rodney Truman who confirmed instalation on the 1804 between 3-6.I got a call on the 1704 to confirm I could expect the techie on the 1804 and he would call.He didnt call.I called&abigail confirmed he would still come.Then Thomas advised he wouldnt make it and got the technie to confirm a time in a conference call for Sunday 8:30.
