I went into this store yesterday to buy a Soccer top for my daughter. I stood at the till points for a while, then the cleaning lady - grunted something to me, and I gathered that she was telling me to pay at the Accounts Department. No signage to indicate the tills were closed. The Point of Sale operater was pleasant, but that's the extent of it. The shop is like a Spaza Shop - disorganised, cluttered & no-one attending to customers. This branch needs SERIOUS senior management intervention!!! read full review »
