1. I am a size 28 or size 0- because the staff were too lazy to check their stock; tried to sell me a size 36- they said they'd alter it to fit me? How? 2. Chose the dress and asked them to keep it aside so I could have a few days to think. I went to the shop for the final decision only to wait for an hour for them to find the dress they had supposedly kept aside. 3.
