I called to arrange a bug treatment at a rental property we manage. The person taking the call, Annette, was rude and uncooperative. I said they were recommended to us by another real estate company that had regularly used them. She in a snippy attitude said it didn't matter and if we wanted to have the treatment done, we would have to come to the property and pay in advance. We said we do not do business with our suppliers that way. She basically insinuated that I was a crook and wouldn't pay them. I will never use that company and with an attitude like that I hope no one else will. read full review »
