Ordered a "get well" bouquet on line for dlivery. Order was delivered a day late, product was not close to matching what I ordered on-line (vase totally diferent, type of arrangement totally different... it was like they didn't even try!). When I went to visit my friend 4 days later (4 days after the late delivery!), the roses were completely wilted. Roses were delevered from the delevery person's hands to my friend at the door.
