5 years ago we were quoted for a lighting and sound system by Pace Holdings of R340 000-00. I told Tony, we did not need it as an immediate part of the building process. Tony proceeded to advise that we needed to do the wiring at the very beginning of the building phase and he convinced us to pay almost R300 000.00 upfront as he would buy the system and keep it until it was necessary and this way we wouldn't be subject to any currency fluctuations etc...We then paid it.
