The customer service line and experience with citibank is unlike any I've ever had to deal with. After calling and being forced to go through the entire automated system for 5 minutes they put you on hold, I've waited on hold after going through the automated process 4 times this morning. I wait for roughly 6 minutes and then the phone system hangs up on me! What kind of customer service is this if you can't even speak to anyone to try and deal with your issue.
