Some dildo piled our dumpster chock full to the brim with brand new AT & T phonebooks most in orange bags and a number in boxes. Not only is this illegal but it deprives the tenants such as myself of the use of the dumptster which overflows when outside jerks not tenants do this-as well as against the health department regulations.
