Jackie M. a customer services rep was rude talking to me like I was dumb. Why was it so hard to cancel a order just in minutes of placing it and I had the cancellation number and email for legal reasons Jackie M. still talking to me like it was not cancel so I have to go all out my way to go to sears to return the items I dont care any more I am returning all of them and will contact the corporate office about this small thing turning into this it is ridiculous and Jackie M. said I was rude when I copied all the chats then she called me... read full review »
