Company took my order and my money but provided no information re: shipping, tracking, etc. When I tried to contact them to check the order status, I found that there is literally no way to contact a human being. Their phone number goes to a pre-recorded message saying to contact them on their website. You have to have a login/password to send them a message and, if you don't already have one, they say to click on "forgot password" to get a temporary account you can use.
