Bought a DVD pre-release in December and was charged in December. Got my January credit card statement and was charged again. Called them and discovered I had signed up for a membership because I didn't decline something within their 7-day period and that my membership started in December and because I bought a DVD that wasn't released until January, I also had to pay for January membership. There was nothing I saw in the first place about joining any kind of membership or I would never have ordered the DVD from their movie site. Just a plain old rip-off for a DVD I thought I got a deal on that has now cost me twice the list price. read full review »
