The service department did not close my account when I called about a lost card. They refused to put the card on hold, and said that they have NEVER allowed temporary holds on cards. I had been given a temporary hold on another occasion with very friendly and warm service, so I questioned this. I suppose because I questioned it, they simply decided to cause me trouble. I found out almost 10 days later that they had not closed the card, nor had they mailed me a new debit card! When I called back they made no offer to investigate the wrong... read full review »
