Nancy (Nan) Stillians fanciess herself some kind of political watchdog in Des Moines and the state of Iowa. She sends numerous lengthy e-mails on subjects which concern her to anyone and everyone unfortunate to wind up on one of her lists. I do mean unfortunate. Ms. Stillians will not remove addresses from her lists, even after multiple requests to do so. She's nothing more than a pest parked behing a computer keyboard.
