Made an online reservation at Minn/St.Paul airport Enterprise. We waited in line for about 30 minutes with only 2 people ahead of us. On our printed reservation, it clearly stated that domestic partners could be added as a second driver for free. However, the clerk wanted to charge for the additional driver.
