Just got off the phone and after trying to explain to the woman I had two brand new (unopened, still postmarked) boxes of supplies I wanted to return. I have a balance of $329 and found out I was still on the automatic shipment plan. I called over a year ago to have that particular service stopped. Now I am stuck with more supplies than I know what to do with and a bill I can't pay. She said the supplies can only be returned within 30 days...
