I went into the Lenscrafters in the Provo Town Center on Saturday night about 3 hours before closing. The person that helped me didnt explain things clearly(first time buying glasses) and told me that Bifocals are what I needed.He told me that they would be ready at 10:00am the next day(what happened to one hour?) I showed up to find out the store didnt open till 12:00 noon.I came back at 12 noon and the retail person didnt even show up till 12:15.I told the lady manager they made me the wrong glasses.She told me thats what I asked for and... read full review »
