Litton Loan Servicing is a fradulent mortgage holder. They do not apply your whole payment to your mortgage and fail to tell you where the money is going. The deductions that they list on the statement never add up to the loan payment, they show on your statement what the late payment will be and then they add exorberant fees in the hundreds of dollars and do not tell you what they are for.
