First package was lost in the abyss of nothingness and they couldn't tell me why. Then a second package was returned to me, and they didn't know why. Everyone I talked so so *** rude and bitchy. It baffled me to how unprofessional they were. I wish there was a company that could compete with there first class prices because I would bring all my business to them. A few of them actually hang up on me! I wish I got the names of these people so i could report them. Advice: get the name and agent number of whoever you talk to, because you will more than likely be so upset you will want to report them read full review »
