In respect on this company YES they were very slow to ship I agree, but I did get my furniture and when I called they were very polite and understood why I was upset. THE FACT is the price I paid for the sectional is GREAT and I love it!!! So to the furture buyers be patient you will get your furniture and LOVE it.
