I received notification on 1/24/2011 via a letter attempting to collect on what was described as late fees for Hollywood video. I called NCS and was told that it was related to 3 past due video rentals they had on file for me from October 2009. I told them that I wanted to dispute the charges as I felt I did not have any past due fees with Hollywood video that had not been paid for.
