I needed a quick oil change so I went to the nearby Jiffy Lube on January 19 2011. I was up-sold a cabin air filter for $50. I previously had no idea the cost of such an item but upon checking at my local AutoZone I found them to be a mere $13!! It took Jiffy Lube under 30 seconds to install the new filter. I was shocked that they would mark an item such as an air filter up so much. Considering the final bill came to $88.05 and I had also brought my own oil and oil filter, I felt I had been ripped out.
