We hired an Au pair using Cultural Care in re-matching process from other family. Au pair was allegedly infant qualified, with over 2500 hours of infant care listed in her profile. She was supposed to take care of our baby girl when she turns 3 months and 6 year old boy; however the au pair did show any neither capability nor willingness to provide desired childcare.
