This company sucks!!! The Elk Grove, CA office said it would take anywhere from 1 to 10 days to come out to fill my empty propane tank! Unacceptable in my book - how would they like to be without heat for 10 days in the middle of winter. Now I'm fighting a $84.00 service charge. The Elk Grove manager is a liar and the District Manager will not call me back. I'm going to change propane companies ASAP. read full review »
