The Manager at 1026 west Rand road Arlington Heights Subway is very rude to his employees that customer like myself refuses to eat there .An employee there that I have known so long name Martin is very good in customer service. He makes you laugh and makes you feel at home. He is the reasons why people keep coming back because of his positive welcome attitude. Unless the manager there ease up with his negative attitude towards his employees I will not be visiting that place. I give a strong recommendation to Martin Henson for a good job well done for customer service. read full review »
