The company who makes Pasta Boat charged my card without my permission and then when I called to have them fix it they said they would give me a $5 refund. When I said no, they increased it to $6. They continued to transfer me 3 times and each individual went through the same thing, offering me $5 off and then $6 off. When they finally realized I would take no less than a full refund they told me to call another number. One of the employees had the nerve to tell me it was a great product so I should be happy that I was receiving it. read full review »
