You have to opt out on the internet and they depend upon people not checking their credit card bills closely enough. There are no rewards and it is a fraud. We called them and they refunded the last two months, which is what the bank would have done, but we are out the rest of the money. I never checkoff anything and am careful but this opting out has to be a way they get suckers. When we called they said the rewards were "free shipping on the next order".
