I have never purchased from Kay's before. I recently bought my mom a ring for her birthday. It fell apart within a month. All the black diamonds fell out and the ring was falling apart (literally). My mom also purchased me a ring for Christmas and within two weeks of wearing it (and i never wore it to wash dishes or shower and I do not do a lot of anything.
