I have a loan with Citifinancial which I have payed directly from my bank. My bank sense the check a full 10 days before it's due every month. However, I keep getting called from Citifinancial saying the payment is late. The problem seems to be the address where I send the payment. Every time I call they tell me I have the wrong address and give me a different one. Originally the address was in North Carolina, then it changed to South Carolina, now they say it's Nevada.
