I'm glad I found this site. I have been getting 6 - 9 calls from Chase a day, alternating between 800-848-9380 and Private Caller. I have not been late for several months however, they continue to want to know when I'm making my payment. I began answering their calls in the last couple months or so and just today handled four of their calls alone. Everytime they kept trying to talk over me because I would not confirm the name they were giving.
