On March 5th, 2010 they came out to our business to repair a broken belt and pulley on our heat/air unit. On June 8th, we noticed a loud vibration coming from the unit. We called Malone out again. The technician, unaware of the previous repair, told us that we had the wrong belt in the unit and that was why it was vibrating. They charged us $152 to retension the improper belt that they had installed 3 months earlier! We unhappily paid this bill but then began an attempt to recoup our losses.
