My son went to JK Harris about his back taxes and they made him sign an agreement to do the 3 steps at $500 each step well he went thru with all the steps and then said that the gentleman that was helping him was giving out false information and was fired so they weren't able to refund his money or continue to help him. Got no where when tried to talk to someone about this, always got the run a round on it.
