I have been trying to get a refund since November from Heir America for a washer dryer combo that broke within four months of use. Was sent a new one and that one came broke. Talk about quality control. Have still not received a refund. Was told that I would get a call back several times - not once did I ever get a call back from customer service department. I have been told that the refund is in the process. Some one needs to get their head out of their ***! Just send the *** refund owed. I will never buy a Haier America product again. read full review »
