Mazda gave me the number for their motor plan department for a query I have about extending my plan. I have since discovered it is manned by the Innovation Group. I phoned and spoke to a lovely lady at the call centre who promised that a sales agent would soon respond. Nothing. A few days later, I called again. Another promise.No call back.
