I have a Tag watch which is still under warranty. I took it into Jared to send onto Tag as the battery needed replacing. They took a copy of the warrenty card to send off with the watch. This is the third watch we have sent to Tag through Jared so are not new to this. None of the previous watched - one for more serious repairs has taken more than 6 weeks to return to us.
