We decided to catch a 'quick' meal before a 12h15 movie at Sandton city on Saturday (20th March). We ordered what we thought would be a light meal of two wraps, 3 hot drinks and a doughnut for the kids. The order was taken at about 11h35. The store was quite busy so we thought the meal would take about 15 minutes to prepare. However after 20 minutes no sign of the food or a waiter to inform us of the progress.
