I cancelled my insurance policy on the 2nd March already and to date have not received my refund on the collected premium. I have tried following this up and was met with a different excuse everytime. From 'it has been requested' to 'it will be paid out after the 19th' and finally today to ' it has been diarised and will be paid out after 30 days'.
