I have picked up in my itemised billing service costs for which I didnt apply or use. It is itemised as Access point- Opera Telecom and a cost of R12.28 has been deducted a total of 12 times over the last 2 months. I havent received any notifications or options to opt out evn though I hadnt aplied for the service in the first place. Isnt this kind of thing illegal? I demand a full refund from this company. read full review »
