I was booked on flight 1T 237 scheduled to depart from OR Tambo at 19:10 on the 19th of March 2010. This flight was delayed by 2 hours and 15 minutes!!! I am extremely unhappy and I feel that this is disgusting service, the delay is almost double the travel time! Further, if I wanted a flight that left at 21:25, I would have booked this and not paid the premium charge (R 997 for a one way ticket) of having a flight that left at a more convenient time.
