A couple years ago, I used this program and was satisfied. The contract requires you give notice prior to cancellation. At that time, I was told if I notify them before a payment was due, the next payment would be the last payment. I again signed up for the program. However, I began a vigorous travel schedule and was unable to get back to weigh in, consult with the doctor, or get my products. October 16th I called to notify them I wanted to cancel the program.
