Bad attitude and service. You cannot arrange a face to face Meeting to address your problem. You must correspond with an e-mail, but they only correspond verbally. Absolutely no positive assistance from the above 2 persons. When they are confronted or challenged they come up with 'Don't abuse us'. Excessive non-contractual deductions!
